I am a Ghent University based environmental scientist working at the Biology Department's Terrestrial Ecology Unit (TEREC).
My collaborators and I focus on how biodiversity responds to global change. Much - but certainly not all - of our research uses birds to study how changes in climate and land-use affect the fate of populations, and ultimately the geographic distribution of species.
We take part in national and international networks aimed at scientific excellence and at informing biodiversity conservation management. Don't hesitate to contact me for questions or inquiries for exploring research collaborations.
